The Distinguished Fellow at the Center for Development Research, University of Bonn, Distinguished Professor at the University of Warsaw, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Tuebingen and the former Director of the Migration and Development Program at Harvard University.

The 2019 GEC Conference hosts a post-conference workshop for the "Researchers of Tomorrow" about the analytics and design of international migration.

About the workshop

Post the conference on the 13 of October a half-day workshop will be organized for Ph.D. students, Postdocs and junior faculty members who have presented their work at the GEC conference.

This workshop will discuss the dynamics and analytics of the policy design of international migration. The scheme of this workshop will be highly interactive and allows closer direct contact with Ph.D. scholars. 

Registration for this workshop is only allowed after submitting your work at the GEC conference. If you submitted your work via the conference page then please select " Yes, I would like to attend the Ph.D. workshop". If however, you submitted your work on the conference maker page then send us an email [] after completing your submission stating that you are willing to attend the workshop.

Maximum capacity of the workshop is 30 participants and no extra fee are charged besides the conference registration fees.
