MSR's developing country list is based on the World Bank's Country and Lending Groups as well as the countries in crisis. In order to qualify for a developing country rate, institutions or individuals must currently reside in a country listed below. Kindly note that professionals and researchers working at local offices of international organizations and Think Tanks like the World Bank, IMF, UN, etc are excluded from developing countries' discounted rates.
