Policy

Online & onsite training

Make sure to check your target training mode, whether it is organized online or onsite.

After registration

You will recieve a payment receipt and a confirmation email of further instructions. Formal invoices are provided upon request. You will be asked to sign a content and privacy policy agreement.

Before starting your training

The assigned trainer will directly contact and inform you about the date and timing of the first session, as well he shares the link to the virtual space of the training. In the case of onsite workshops/events, the administration team will follow up on other logistic details.

Certification

In the case of structured training and events, the default certification is a "certificate of attendance". There is another certification "certificate of knowledge" that can be requested individually with no extra charges, yet it requires completing an exam at the end of the training. In some events, there is a possibility to apply for an extra certification from our university partners or international licensing institutes against extra charges. Make sure to inform the administration ahead about your desired certification type.

During training

The assigned trainer will grant you access to the training content, data, slides, codes, and material for your private use (with a download option). The training sessions by default are recorded (it is recommended to remind the trainer at the beginning of the sessions), you will have access to these recordings (online view only) for 6 months.

During training /2

If you are facing any difficulties or have any problems with the training sessions, you can contact the administration team using any of the listed contact details at any time.

During training /3

Participants are required to attend live training sessions as scheduled and announced beforehand. If a participant misses a session, M&S Research Hub cannot accommodate requests for repetition or additional live sessions.

After training

You will recieve your certificate after 2-3 weeks of completing the training. You will also have a chance to rate, review, and share your experience with the training.

Cancelation policy

If you are willing to cancel your registration, M&S Research Hub will offer you a full refund until 3 weeks before the starting date of the training/event. If the training/event is canceled, you will be notified and will receive a full refund of your payment after 10 business days of the cancelation notice. In the case of private, institutional, customized training plans, onsite workshops, and conferences, different cancelation policies apply and will be explicitly communicated and clarified.

Payments

If you are eligible to pay the fees in installments, an automatic debiting of the installments from your payment method will be initiated according to the agreed plan. For current and former trainees, in case of extra training fees, or if a new training or service is booked, an automatic debiting of the previously used payment method will be initiated and an automatic payment receipt will be shared.

Publicity

Anonymous and randomized parts of our live training and events might be recorded and posted on our Youtube official channel. Review and feedback emails will be added to the review page on our website.

Mentorship

After booking a mentorship program, cancellation or refund requests are not possible except in well-reasoned cases. However, you do have the option to apply the full paid amount or any remaining hours towards covering fees for additional services, including language editing, publication charges, attending training sessions, workshops, events, and more.

Furthermore, you have the right to request a change of mentor for specific reasons either before or during your mentorship program. To initiate such a change, you must provide clear evidence supporting your request. The division director will review your request and decide whether to approve the mentorship shift depending on availability and existing resources.
