We introduce a new funding program that offers up to a 100% fee waiver


to build up the skills of students, researchers, and senior analysts' who are affiliated with universities/institutes or living in the M&S Research Hub list of developing countries.

To support researchers/students from low-income countries to build up their skills

Application Process



1. Check your country eligability

This program applies to DAC-listed least developed and low-income countries only

3. Fill the form and write a strong motivation message

Fill in your basic details and write why attending these courses will support you to achieve your career and study goals.

2. Select your target courses 

Choose all your target courses from all available training programs inside the application form.  New training programs are added to the list frequently, so make sure to check the list from time to time.

4. Upload your ID

Upload your student/staff/national ID - Please make sure your country is listed in the DAC list under "Least developed and low income."

5. Wait for decision email

Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision within 4-10 working days.
