Edgar Allan M. Uy, Ph.D.

  • Edgar obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Santo Tomas in 2007.
  • He works as an adjunct professor at the University of Santo Tomas. 
  • Member and board of examiner among others at ASEAN university, and CIMA Global network 
  • Published several academic books and papers.

Ahmad Walid Barlas, MA.

  • Ahmad Walid Barlas was accepted into the economics faculty of Balkh University and received his bachelor's degree in 2011.
  • He participated in an upgrading program (fellowship) at Ruhr University Bochum (RUB), Germany. This program was designed by the Institute of Development Research and Development Policy (IEE) for lecturers of economics faculties, for both public and private universities.
  • He received my Master's degree in Management and Economics from Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) in 2017.
  • He works as a lecturer of economics at Samangan Higher Education Institute.
  • He works as head of the business administration department, head of the research committee in the economics faculty, and head of curriculum development committee at the business administration department.

Nora Aboushady, Ph.D.

  • Nora Aboushady is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.
  • She obtained her B.A. in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, a M.A. in International Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
  • Nora has collaborated with the European Commission, the World Bank, the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD), the Organisation for Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the Center for Economics of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne, Bath University and with the University of Manchester.
  • Nora is a member of a number of research networks including the Economic Research Forum (ERF) and the Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES). 

Munir Kashif, Ph.D.

  • Master’s of Science student in the Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics program, in Makerere University.
  • He is study coordinator at Uganda TB Implementation Research Consortium (U-TIRC) on a study aimed at Predicting and Preventing Tuberculosis Treatment Failure in an Emerging Co-Epidemic of HIV, Diabetes, and Tuberculosis. 
  • Completed online courses in Machine learning and Artificial intelligence for Data science with Harvard and Stanford Universities.


Fayq Al Akayleh, Ph.D.

  • Dr. Fayq Al Akayleh is working with FALCOM Holding as the Head of Investment Analysis Unit, Riyadh – Saudi Arabia.
  • He worked at Al Yamamah University (YU) as an Associate Professor of Economics and Business Feasibility Study Specialist. He was the former Director of Postgraduate Studies and the former Head of Quantitative Business Department (Finance, Insurance, and Accounting) at YU.
  • Dr. Al Akayleh also served as a member of different university councils such as the University Council, Postgraduate Studies and Research Council, and College of Business Administration Council at (YU).
  • He is a founding member of the College of Business Administration and the founder of the Quantitative Business Department at YU.
  • Dr. Fayq is the winner of the ‘Top 100 Leaders in Education Award’, GFEL, 16-19 Dec. 2019. He also was the winner of the ‘Distinguished Faculty Award 2017 at YU by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Al Saud.
  • During the period 01/01/2018 – 30/04/2019, Dr. Al Akayleh was the Faculty Chair for AACSB International Accreditation. He worked at Alfaisal University as an adjunct professor of International Economics. Before joining Al Yamamah University in 2008, He taught at the University of Jordan and served as a financial and administrative auditor in the Jordan Audit Bureau for 16 years.

  • Azer Dilanchiev is an associate professor head of economics direction at International Black Sea University, Georgia. He did Ph.D. at Georgian Technical University and after a Postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Georgia, USA (2018). Azer Dilanchiev published many indexed articles and is on the editorial board of many journals. He got the best paper award in 2020, the best paper award “Communication Economic Organization Congress”, with 230 participants from 27 countries.

  • Samuel is an Academic Research Fellow at the University of South Africa. His research uses applied econometrics, spatial data, interdisciplinary approaches, and insights from behavioral economics to study issues related to agriculture, ecology, environmental, and resource economics

  • His research focuses on agriculture and environmental economics, impact assessment, developmental economics, ecological economics, food security and household welfare, environmental management and policy, rural livelihood and development, climate change adaptation and resilience, climate change economic, and agro climatology. 

  • His current project is 'Sustainable land management for climate change adaptation and food security among rural farmers.

MD Reza Sultanzzamman, Ph.D.

  • This is Md Reza Sultanuzzaman. I recently graduated Ph.D. degree in Economics with a specialization in International Trade from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China.

  • Currently, I am working at the Nanchang Institute of Technology (NIT), China, as an Associate Professor. Besides, my leading role is to conduct Economic activities and data analysis-based workshops by utilizing my expertise.

  • Likewise, I create reports and form plans to tackle economic problems associated with compiling and analyzing data, researching relevant issues, preparing presentations and technical information, and consulting with the educators. I supervise research projects, forecasting the effects of non-renewable and renewable energy on CO2 emissions on written reports and articles and conducting research on energy economics, international trade and economic growth by quality research.

  • As an operations consultant (working at FAO), I was responsible for a portfolio of three countries namely Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, and have managed tens of projects. I obtained my B.Sc. in Economics from Damascus University in Syria (2008), and M.Sc. in Finance from Lund University in Sweden (2010). In 2016, I was awarded the Ph.D. Fellowship of Excellence for Foreign Nationals Educated Abroad at Sapienza University of Rome and obtained my Ph.D. in Models for Economics and Finance in July 2021

Developed a manual to adopt different accountability tools using CRC, CSC and Budget analysis for better service delivery and designed for development practitioners.
